Welcome — I’m Sarah Huertas, the founder of Harmony Within Psychotherapy and Wellness. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP-II), and Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
With over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their inner strength.

My Philosophy
After experiencing the profound impact of my own healing journey, I felt deeply called to support others in finding balance, self-compassion, and peace. From a young age, I knew I wanted to be a light in the world — someone who helps others feel seen, supported, and less alone.
I truly believe in the power of transformation and the importance of cultivating harmony within. This journey isn’t about changing yourself — it’s about coming home to your truest self.
